How it Works

Week 1: Initial Assessment & First Cryo Session You’ll begin by having a thorough consultation with your coach to assess your current health and body composition. Your first cryo session will be scheduled, and you'll also receive your personalized nutrition guide and mobility protocol. This is your starting point for transformation.

Weeks 2–7: Cryo Sessions & Ongoing Support Every week, you’ll undergo one targeted cryo session with the Device. In addition to cryotherapy, you’ll follow the personalized nutrition plan and complete your mobility exercises. Your accountability coach will be there every step of the way, providing guidance, motivation, and adjustments as needed during your weekly check-ins.

Week 8: Final Cryo Session & Progress Review By the final week, you’ll complete your last cryotherapy session. Your coach will review your overall progress, track the total inches lost, and discuss the results you've achieved.
